The customer sends a request for quotation, specifying the type and quantity of products required. We quickly process the request and provide a detailed quotation including prices, delivery terms and estimated lead times.

2. Provision of Delivery Note

Once the terms of the quote have been agreed, the customer provides us with a delivery note to be enclosed in the shipment. This document contains information that will be visible to the final recipient, excluding any information about our company.

3. Signing of the Contract

We conclude a contract with the client that sets out the terms of delivery and makes it clear that Lumbera® undertakes not to make direct contact or sell directly to the end customer, keeping the origin of the goods confidential.

4. Quality Control & Loading

Prior to dispatch, each consignment undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure that it meets the stated standards. Once inspected, the goods are carefully packed and loaded for delivery, in compliance with all regulations and safety standards.

5. Direct Delivery to the End Customer

The order are delivered directly to the end customer according to the address data provided by the customer. We coordinate the entire delivery process, ensuring the timeliness and safety of the shipment.

6. Confirmation of Delivery

Upon successful delivery of the goods to the end customer, we receive a confirmation of acceptance of the goods. This confirmation is then forwarded to the customer as proof of successful delivery and completion of the transaction.
