Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
