As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
